Delivery methods

Whisky Network uses the courier service for world-wide shipments, except for Switzerland, Norway, America, Asia and Oceania. The shipping costs are at the customer's expense and they are communicated during the order. The order will be dispatched within 24 hours from when we receive the payment on our account (except Saturday, Sunday and holidays). The shipping cost depends on the weight and the value of the bottle choosen, so to know the exact cost please contact info@whiskynetwork.eu The delivery charges shown below may vary and are based on the weight of a standard bottle (about 1,3Kg). We undertake to send the goods within two working days from the time of receipt of the order, subject to any delays due to technical problems or force majeure, and in any case within the time limits established by law. Orders with payment by bank transfer will be processed after we have verified the payment. The shipping costs, indicated at the bottom of the order form, are charged to the customer. At any time the customer can check the status of their orders and obtain the number of waybill of shipments already made. At the time of delivery, the Customer is required to check the number of packages and carefully check the external appearance of the packages. If the number of packages delivered does not correspond to the number indicated, as appropriate, on the waybill, on the accompanying invoice or on the transport document, or if the shipment packaging shows signs of tampering, alteration or deformation presuming any damage or alteration of the content, the Customer may refuse delivery or, alternatively, accept it by signing the delivery note with the words "WITH RESERVE OF CONTROL" so as to be able to check the contents of the shipment and ensure the good condition of the goods . In the event that one or more products are not in perfect condition because damaged during transport, the Customer must promptly inform the Operator. The latter will at his own expense and in the shortest time possible to replace the damaged products or, if this is not possible, to reimburse the Customer for their amount.
